We ship within two business days of receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Digital product orders are made available immediately for download.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer fast and affordable shipping to European Economic Area (EEA, including all EU countries) via DHL Express. In addition, for EEA Countries we offer a cost-sensitive alternative with DHL Saver.

We offer fast and affordable shipping Worldwide via DHL Express.

DHL Express shipping estimates within EEA area are between 2-5 working days. DHL Saver estimates, as well as DHL Express estimates outside the EEA are between 5 and 20 working days. Deliveries to some locations may take longer than the above figures.

Ioannis Chatzikonstantinou/Tinymovr does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance. Ioannis Chatzikonstantinou/Tinymovr is not responsible for misplaced or delayed shipments by the freight carriers.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tinymovr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Import Duties and Taxes

Tinymovr Ioannis Chatzikonstantinou ships from Greece, which is within the European Union (EU).

If the destination country is within the EU, VAT will be calculated at checkout, and normally there should be no additional charges once the shipment reaches the destination country.

If the destination country is outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tinymovr Ioannis Chatzikonstantinou is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
